Enquiry records

Your name, email, optional phone number, travel preferences and message are stored to review and track your enquiry. Form contents are not automatically sent by email.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry data is stored in a private database on the web server, outside the publicly accessible website directory. It is not sent to a third-party booking or email service. An automatic deletion period has not yet been set. The authorized site administrator can review records in the private management area.

Email information requests

The homepage information form lets us contact you by email about Grand Pasifik travel dates and experiences only with your explicit permission. Your email, language, source page, submission and consent dates, consent text version and follow-up status are stored in the private database. This form does not make a reservation or send an automatic email.

Your preferences

Use the contact form to request correction, deletion or withdrawal of your email permission. Include your email address and, if applicable, your enquiry reference. Reservation and contact forms alone do not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Analytics and cookie choice

Google Analytics is enabled to measure site usage only if you consent. Advertising personalization is disabled. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages entered in forms are not sent to Analytics.

Operator contact details, retention periods and the final privacy notice must be completed before public service begins.
